I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. After using this for several days I am pleasantly surprised. First off there is no fish smell to it. That's a big thing for me as bad smell often turns into bad taste and then auto vomit reflex kicks in. So yay for no bad fish smell! Next the capsules also had a decent taste to them. They were smooth and easy to swallow despite being on the extremely large side. Also no terrible after taste or fish burps! Thank goodness, because seriously who wants regurgitated fish? And lastly this was gentle on my stomach. Last time I attempted to take omega 3 pills I ended up spending 3 days in the restroom clearing out my system. The fact that this product doesn't stick, doesn't taste bad or give you nasty burps and I didn't spend 3 days in the restroom makes it a win win for me! I'll know more in a month on its effectiveness. Until then I would highly recommend this to anyone.
