When I got the opportunity to review this eBook I got hopeful that there would be SOMETHING to get me out of my "I hate meal time" mood. And to my pleasant surprise this book is chalked full of amazing recipes for clean eating. Not only that, if you're new to the whole concept of clean eating, this book gives you a ton of information as to what clean eating is, how to eat clean and how to cook clean.
My favorite part about the book is, of course the recipes. Full of recipes for everything from appetizers to deserts. You will definitely have a nice added variety of dishes to choose from to keep you on the road to healthier living.
One of my favorite recipes is the Wrapped Mango Spinach Bites. These are sooo yummy, and of course, healthy. See below for this sneak peak into what you'll find in this book.
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango peeled and slice
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
Chive strands
Balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Take one slice of mango and wrap a few spinach leaves around them, tie a strand or 2 around the leaves and secure. continue until you've wrapped all of your mango slices. Drizzle Balsamic vinegar over each wrap and enjoy! These are sooo good!
